Perfect in its own way. Continue what you have now and we are happy and will again return for staycation. The room has a bugger space, the living room is nice and as well as the bathrooms. The pools are great. If there's room for improvement- I suggest your Spa massage therapist not so well trained...

Worst dining lounge in ortigas

the service in their lounge is terrible, the man with suit and tie just standing over there when I was raising my hand no attentiveness at all, the service is slow as snail, disgusting food

The hotel provided a commendable experience overall. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff demonstrated remarkable accommodation throughout my stay. Being in close proximity to SM added convenience to my trip, making it easier to explore the area. However, my experience was marred by the unfortunate loss of $300 during my time at the hotel which I discovered during my last night stay. I felt confident that nobody will go through my stuff. The dollars I brought is by batches of thousands, therefore it is easy for me to know if there is missing. It is essential for future guests to exercise caution and be vigilant with their belongings during their stay. Despite the hotel's convenient location near SM, incidents like this can detract from an otherwise pleasant experience. I advise other guests to take extra precautions, such as utilizing the hotel safe or keeping valuables secured at all times. Also, the description “valet parking is readily available” is not correct. Since there is no valet and I had to talk to the front desk after being denied by the guards that there is no parking available many times. At the end, a parking spot was provided.

Stayed for the wedding prep of my cousin's wedding. Staffs are very accomodating and friendly. They make sure that all informations are explained to the guests upon checking-in. Kudos to all the staffs. Till our next stay with the family again. ❤️

Birthday Staycation

My family and I booked a 2BR Suite and it did not disappoint. The room was really spacious and I love it that there is water filtration so its safe to drink from the kitchen faucet. I also liked the indoor / heated pool which is really perfect this summer. Water temprature was just right specially for the kids and senior. Staff of Joy Nostalg are really accommodating from the moment we entered the facilities
